Dynamics CRM 365 (2)

Avaya IP office caller ID integrated CRM Dynamics 365 via TAPI phone application. All other other based applications were integrated successfully using SOAP services. Dynamics 365 out of the box delivers most common functionalities for Customer Services Ticketing, SLAs, Reporting and Dashboards.

Dynamics CRM 365, (1)

Kicked off MS Dynamics CRM 365 project in Jan 2018. It is like stepping into a whole new domain for a Systems engineer. Dynamics 365 is one of the market leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for CRM. It is going to be an impressive learning experience both in terms of project management and in customer services management. Planning to integrate the system with Avaya IP office and Sharepoint 2013.  1 / too be continued….

My Review of Built to Last by Jim Collins

It was highly recommended to me by one of my superior. The book is about organizational development. Emphasized on an idea of spending more on technical & creative guys instead of the managerial one. The solutions and ideas discussed in the book along with the practical implementations by the great organization are very useful in understanding the puzzles of greatness.
Many ideas discussed in the book can be directly applied in your individual projects or departments. The discuss about the alignment of short term objectives with the long term goals is now considered as universal truth. The experimentation culture in an organization always paid off. The book has all the required techniques and strategies required to form companies vision to managing people and resources.
A must read for middle & senior tier level people. I rate the book 9/10.
